UK & Northern Ireland Deliveries- 1-2 working days after receiving email confirmation of despatch.
Republic Of Ireland Deliveries- next day delivery if ordered before 1pm.
Oversease (Europe & Rest of World)- 5-7 working days after receiving email confirmation of despatch.
If your order hasn't arrived within the timescale above, you should firstly check with your local sorting office, as this is where the parcel will be sent if you were not in and will be kept there for 3 weeks before being returned to Care4yourskin.com.
If your order is not delivered within the timescale and is not at your local sorting office, we cannot resend the goods for 15 working days after date of dispatch, as Royal Mail will only declare the goods 'lost' at this point. You will not be entitled to a refund during this time.
