Step1) Use St Tropez Body Polisher 2 or 3 times per week when showering or bathing. Massage onto wet skin using circular motions, concentrating on elbows, knees and feet to prepare skin prior to self-tanning. Rinse well.
Step 2) Follow with St Tropez Body Moisturiser on all dry areas.
Step 3) Smooth on any St Tropez self-tanner.
