Tips & TechniquesFor sheer, all over illumination (basic foiling)- Lightly dampen the Wet/Dry shadow Brush and dip into either disco or Night Owl Eyecolour.
- Use dampened brush to make a paste in the bareMinerals lid.
- Apply bareMinerals eyecolour with the double-ended Foil and Line brush from lash to crease, sweeping into the crease.
- Both ends of the Double-Ended Foild and Line Brush can be used wet or dry.
